摘要
从十八大报告及新一届领导集体的讲话中我们可以看出当代中共领导集体更加重视人民的现实问题,关心和关注人民的生活与生存,蕴涵着丰富的人民观,即坚持"以人为本、执政为民"的人民主体观,"谋民生之利,解民生之忧"的人民幸福观,"问政于民、问需于民、问计于民"的群众路线观,"始终与人民心相印共甘苦"的为人民负责观。当代中共领导集体的人民观,既是对马克思列宁主义及中国共产党历来坚持的人民观点的继承和发展,也是新一届中央领导集体关于人民问题的行动纲领和宣言。
From the major report of the 18th CPC National Congress and speeches of the new leadership,we can see that the contemporary CPC leadership has paid more attention to the practical problems of the people,more care and concern about people,s living condition,which implies 'the people concept'.'The people concept' includes: People,s Subjectivity,People-oriented government for the people;People,s happiness,to seek benefit and solve the problems for the people,s livelihood;The mass line,to consult the people about the policy,demand,strategy;Responsibility to the people,to share all the joys and sorrows with the people.The contemporary Party leadership's concept of people has inherited and developed the doctrine of Marxism-Leninism and CPC views of the people.Meanwhile,it's also the action programme and declaration for the new CPC central leadership.
