摘要
随着计算机信息技术的发展,产品数据管理系统和计算机辅助技术已经在复杂的产品制造中起到了巨大的作用。在此技术背景下分析了在集体落纱长细纱机生产制造中,基于产品数据管理系统的纺织机械装配计算机辅助工艺应用系统的实现方案及关键技术,并分析了处理、模拟、更改和扩展几大模块在系统中的主要功能。
With the rapid development of computer information technology in recent years, Product Data Management (PDM) system and Computer Aided technology have played huge role in complex product manufacturing. Under these technologies support, the article analyses implementations and key technology using the Computer Aided Product and Process (CAPP) for spinner assembly based on PDM system in the collective doffing long spinning frame manufacturing. The main functions of serveral modules in the system such as processing, simulation, change and expansion are all discussed in detail.
