基层稳,天下安。基层党组织做好群众工作的能力和水平关乎党的领导力和向心力。只有不断地创新基层党组织做好群众工作的工作思路与方法,才能有效提升基层党建工作科学化水平,才能不断强化基层党组织建设的同时更好地体现党的先进性,从而进一步巩固和夯实党的执政基础和执政地位。
