摘要
中国目前已经发展了多种社会支持模式,至今仍处于探索和尝试阶段,存在着社会工作专业化程度不足、农村社会支持网的不发达、各地各项制度和行动资源整合不足等缺陷。在针对弱势群体的社会支持政策选择上,注重社会支持的专业化,构建城乡一体的社会支持网,从制度设计层面上促进和保证弱势群体社会支持事业持续稳定发展。
China has developed a variety of patterns of social support, is still in the trial stage, exists the shortages of social work specialization degree is insufficient, undeveloped rural social support network, system and action resource. In response to the vulnerable groups social support on policy selection, emphasis on the professional social support, construct urban and rural areas of social support network, from the system design level to promote and ensure the sustainable development of vulnerable groups social support.
