摘要
行政秘书作为独立学院院系办公室的窗口,是学院管理队伍中的一支重要力量,而行政秘书工作多而广、杂而乱、细而琐的特点给实际工作带来了困难和挑战。因此,有必要对独立学院行政秘书工作的特点和现状进行分析,以便于今后更好地开展工作。基于此,文章通过分析独立学院行政秘书工作的特点和现状,提出了有针对性的发展对策。
As the window of department office,the executive secretaries in the independent college are an important force of college management team.Because they need to tackle a lot of trivial,chaotic and complex jobs day and night,administrative secretarial work faces the difficulties and challenges..Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the characteristics and status quo of administrative secretarial work in independent colleges to make the secretaries work better in the future.Through analysis of the characteristics and status quo of administrative secretarial work of independent college the paper puts forward some countermeasures.
