摘要
采用文献资料法、调查法和教学实验法,对普通高校体育教学中长跑途中跑技术专门练习方法、直道跑和弯道跑技术教学方法进行了研究。
Applying documentation,investigation and teaching experiments,the author studied the practice methods of middle-long-distance run,straight run and the curves.
