摘要
针对生物发酵以温度为被控对象的大惯性、大迟延和多干扰等特点,设计出一种模型参考自适应模糊内模控制器,采用模糊推理对内模控制系统中的数学模型进行调整,模型参考自适应将被控过程和参考模型做比较,通过自适应算法进一步改善模型不确定性干扰带来的负面影响.仿真结果表明,此方法能大幅度提高系统的动态性能和鲁棒性,具有较好的控制效果.
Aiming at large inertia,large delay and multi-interference in the temperature controlled object of bio-fermentation,a model reference adaptive fuzzy IMC(inner model control) controller is presented in this paper.The controller can adjust the reference model in IMC system by using fuzzy inference,and the model reference adaptive system can compare the controlled process with the reference model to further improve the negative impact caused by model uncertainty interference by applying adaptive law.Simulation results show that this method can greatly improve the dynamic performance and robustness of the system,and has a good control effect.
