冶金行业复杂生产过程优化调度系统

Optimal scheduling system for complex production process in metallurgical industry

摘要 根据冶金行业生产特点及在复杂生产过程计划调度中存在的问题,建立了分形计划调度模型并确定了目标函数,提出了基于排序理论和规则的调度算法。算法首先确定相应参数,以棒线材厂轧制安排为核心,进行轧制组批,确保充分发挥关键设备的能力,然后按照反提料方式逆向推算炼钢合炉顺序,最后给出整个算法的处理流程。将算法应用于冶金行业复杂生产过程优化调度系统,进行计算机模拟仿真,验证了此调度算法的准确性、有效性和实用性,可实现企业计划调度的整体优化。 According to the production characteristics and the descriptions for production planning in the metallurgical industry,the fractal planning scheduling model was built and the target function was determined,and the scheduling algorithm based on sort theory and scheduling rules was proposed.In this algorithm,parameters were determined firstly.Then with rolling scheduling as the core of bar and wire plant,grouping rolling was executed to ensure key equipments′s ability.And according to the way of feed,the close furnace sequence of steel-making was calculated reversely.Finally,the algorithm process was shown.Scheduling algorithm was applied to the optimal scheduling system for complex production process in metallurgical industry and simulated by computer to verify its accuracy,validity and practicability and achieve the optimization of planning and scheduling for metallurgical enterprise.
