摘要
随着光伏产业的迅猛发展,sKiiP模块作为一款集功率开关器件、散热板以及多种监视和保护为一身的智能功率模块,越来越受到光伏逆变器研发人员的青睐。本文以笔者目前从事的500kW三相光伏并网逆变器研制工作中所使用的sKiiP 2403GB1 72-4DW为例,简要介绍其性能和功能特点,并着重介绍在实际使用中其外部电路的设计,以及设计中需要注意的方面。最后给出500kw三相光伏并网逆变器运行时的实验波形,验证了SKiiP模块外部电路设计的合理性。
With the rapid development of photovoltaic industry,SkiiP is more and more popular due to it combines many functions in one.SKiiP contains power IGBTs,heat sink, temperature sensors,current sensors and many error protection function,such as overtemperature protection,over-current protection and so on.In this paper,the author take SKiiP 2403GB172-4DW for example,wich being used in the design of 500KW three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter,briefly introduced its performance and functional characteristics.Meanwhile,emphatically introduces the external hardware circuit design in practical operation and important points in design.Finally,the prototype of 500kW threephase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is made and the experimental waveforms are given,and the validity of SKiiP module external hardware circuit design is verified.
