摘要
本文从热原的本质,热原发热机理,人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)分离、培养,PBMC作用机理,检测方法等几方面对PBMC法检测体外热原进行综述。
In this paper,in vitro pyrogen detecting method—the research of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) is reviewed from the following aspects:the nature of the pyrogen,pyrogen fever mechanism,the separation and cultivation of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells,the action mechanism of PBMC,detection methods and so on.
