摘要
当前,云南农民观念务实盲目、宿命悲观、利己冷漠、自由民主、崇知爱智、赞同改革等共存,呈现多元并存、离散矛盾、表里不一、"点"状态、新旧参半等特征。社会主义核心价值观入村应采取吸纳体制外精英、按类划分逐类诊断、化整为零分阶段整合、寻找培育观念"引爆点"、利用好观念载体等措施。
Blind utilitarianism,pessimistic fatalism,selfish indifference,liberal democracy,love of knowledge and wisdom,reform supporting attitudes are all present in present day Yunnan farmers’ thoughts and notions.They are a multi-element,contradictory,and unsystematic blend of the old and new.Measures for the Socialist Core Values to be footed in villages should include: admitting elites from outside the system,sorting out problems by kind for diagnosis,dividing up the whole for gradual reintegration,locating and developing the 'tipping point' in thoughts,and making the best use of thought carriers.
