摘要
从古代羌人族群中脱胎而出之日起直至中华民国末期,哈尼族创制了最玛制度、鬼主制度和土司制度。鬼主制度和土司制度都是最玛制度在逻辑上的自然延伸,无论组织框架怎么变化、外在形态存在多大差异,哈尼族的三种社会制度及其领袖人物,其合法性的依据和权威权力的来源,都奠基于神人一体的思想基础之上。
Toward the end of the Republic of China,the Hani people,having evolved from the ancient Qiang people,established the systems of the Zhuima,the Ghost Master,and the Cheftain.The Ghost Master and the Chieftain systems are the natural and logical unfolding of the system of Zhuima.However various and different from one another in organizational framework and external forms,the three systems,along with their heads,derive their legitimacy and source of power from the basic belief that god and man are one.
