摘要
社区物业管理在现代居民生活中的作用日趋明显。从福州市屏西社区物业管理现状入手,我们了解到目前城市居民对物业管理的认可程度,以及他们所能享受的物业管理服务水平,发现了当前物业管理存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出了改进的策略。
Community property management becomes increasingly obvious in modern residents daily life,through the investigation of current situation of Screen West community in Fuzhou city,we can understand the level of current city residents for their property management and the property management service level that they can accept.This paper also study the current property management problems and propose some countermeasures.
