摘要
随着社会的不断发展变化,人们的居住观念也在不断的改变着,由最初的有一处遮风避雨的场所到满足人们生活的各种需求的居住区,这些变化预示着房地产经营理念也要改变单一的经营模式以满足人们的居住需求。近年来,房地产开发商也更多的关注居住区周围的环境和文化,水景成为设计师设计的亮点,许多开发商推出带有水景的楼盘,甚至以水景为主要特色。作者希望通过对水景观的研究,把城市的居住区建设在景观环境的层面上提出一些构想和策略,为改善居民的居住条件做点有意义的工作。
Along with the continuous development of society,people's living concept is constantly changing from the initial one shelter place to meet people's needs of living area.These changes portend real estate business philosophy is to change a single business model to meet the people's housing needs.In recent years,the real estate developers have to pay more attention to the residential district environment and culture.The lake has become the designer window.Many developers launched waterscape projects,even taking water as the main character.The authors hope that through the water landscape of the city,the construction of residential areas in the landscape level can put forward some ideas and strategies to improve the living conditions of residents.
