摘要
对各省市专利发展情况、R＆D活动人力投入、经费投入进行了比较分析,并对各省市专利发展情况、R＆D活动人力投入、经费投入进行了相关分析和效率比较分析,并提出增加R＆D活动投入及提高专利发展效率的建议。
This paper starts comparing with patent numbers of various provinces, and goes on with an analysis of the quantitative difference of patents and the input of manpower, input of funds in various provinces.The difference in efficiency of patent output is analysed and the way to improve the current condition is put forward.
