摘要
分析了建设工程项目设计阶段影响工程造价管理的主要因素,找出了建设工程项目设计阶段造价管理需要控制的关键环节,并提出了相应的控制措施,为我国建设工程项目设计阶段造价管理进行了积极探索和思考.
In this paper,theory are discussed and the main factors which affect project cost management in design stage are analyzed as well.After seizing the key link which need to be control in the stage of project,the corresponding solution and Control Measures are put forward.and actively explore and think on design stage Cost Management for Construction Engineering Project Management.
