摘要
本文介绍一种新型的外脚手架搭设方法,在悬挑层脚手架立杆两侧设置悬挑双槽钢,上置附加短钢管并用多个扣件与主立杆扣紧,利用扣件的抗滑移将立杆荷载经短钢管传至悬挑槽钢上进行卸荷,作为新一道悬挑架的基座,在悬挑层上层梁设置后埋吊点通过钢丝绳反拉悬挑槽钢卸荷作为安全储备,技术先进、操作方便、效益显著,具有一定的参考价值。
This paper introduces a new outside scaffold construction technology.It sets a cantilevered dual channel at both sides of the cantilever layer scaffold and set a short steel pipe below it.It uses short steel pipe and the main pole fastened with multiple fastener,transfers the upright stanchion's load to the both sides of the short steel pipe and then load it at the cantilever channel through the fastener's anti sliding ability.It will be the new base of suspension scaffold,and buried hanging on the set of the upper beam of the cantilever layer through the wire rope anti-pull cantilever channel unloading as a security reserve.It will be a technology that is advanced technology,convenience,remarkable benefit and with guiding significance to the reference value.
