摘要
中国救济妇孺会是由浙江旅沪同乡团体专门为了救济被拐妇孺而发起的民间慈善组织。中国救济妇孺会组织严密,其内部机构设置采取董事委员会下的分工合作制;理念先进,收容救济与教育改造并重;体制健全,在管理上实行民主的管理方式和严格的制度管理模式。除了其内部组织的严密性和理念管理的先进性之外,中国救济妇孺会筹措经费的方式也颇具时代特色。中国救济妇孺会自筹善款的方式五花八门,其中既有充分挖掘内部资源对外演出的营业性收入,也有利用会展组织临时募捐的行为,更不乏与其他慈善组织联合起来组团募捐的筹集方式。所有这些虽然透露出民国上海慈善事业运转的艰辛与无奈,但从整个近代中国社会转型的语境分析又恰恰可以反映出以中国救济妇孺会为代表的民国上海慈善组织已然具备了明显的现代性特征。
The Anti-kidnapping society,as a charitable organization founded by travelling Shanghai fellows from Zhejiang province,mainly help the kidnapped women and children.It was well organized,and its internal mechanism was arranged to take Directors Committee under the division of labor system.It had advanced concepts,paying equal attention to education and reform.It had sound system,with democratic management and strict system management mode in the management.In addition to its internal organization of the tightness and the concept of the management of advanced nature,the anti-kidnapping society had a lot of methods to collect money,including performance of business,temporary exhibition and some other social donations.Though,all the hard work revealed the difficulties of the modern Shanghai charity,it told us that the Shanghai charity had already taken on some modern characteristics.
