对变电站电压并列装置回路设计优化的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 电压并列装置是满足变电站内电压回路切换需要的重要装置,在变电站内一次设备运行方式调整过程中,需要保证变电站内相应电压等级保护、自动化和计量装置的电压回路正常运行,否则将会引起电压回路异常,导致保护装置异常而不能正确动作,影响计量装置的准确计量,甚至会导致从二次向一次反充电等严重后果。电压回路设计缺陷较为隐蔽,难以发现,只有在实际运行中,通过暴露出的问题或现象,才能具体分析和排查。在阐述某220 kV变电站电压并列装置存在的问题及发生的故障案例,结合实际问题的发现、分析和处理,提出改进措施,对电压并列装置回路的设计、运行管理和检修维护等有着一定的借鉴和参考意义。 Voltage side-by-side device is meet substation within voltage circuit switch needs of important device,in substation within once device run way adjustment process needs guarantee substation within corresponding voltage grade protection,and automation and measurement device of voltage circuit normal run,otherwise it will caused voltage circuit exception,protection device exception and cannot correctly action,effect measurement device of accurate measurement,even will led to some serious consequences such as fromⅡtimes to once anti-charging.Voltage circuit design is more subde and hard to find out,only in actual operation,by exposed problems or phenomena,to analyze and troubleshooting in detail The paper describes a fault case of voltage side-by-side device in 220 kV substation,combined with the actual problems of discovery,analysis and processing,suggest improvements.It has certain reference value for the design,operation,management and repair and maintenance of voltage side-by-side device.
