通过对多起10 kV电力电缆外力破坏事故进行综合分析,揭示该类事故与施工、验收、巡视等环节的关系,并提出相应的防范措施。
This essay analyses some accidents caused by external breakage of 10 kv power cable,reveals its relationship with operation,inspection,patroling and so on,and put forward homologous precautionary measures.
