摘要
目的:调查住院糖尿病患者存在的营养护理风险因素。方法:对1043例住院糖尿病患者进行问卷调查并进行统计。结果:在糖尿病患者的营养护理风险因素中,位居前三位的为饮食知识掌握度(72.96%)、饮食行为(64.91%)、生活方式(55.90%)。结论:应加强对患者糖尿病知识的培训,重视对其饮食行为及生活方式的干预,这是降低护理风险和杜绝差错事故的有效方法。
Objective:To investigate the diabetes nutrition nursing risk of the hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: 1043 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus were investigated by questionnaire and statistics. Results:Among the diabetes nutrition nursing risk factors of the hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus, the top three factors were the diet of knowledge (72.96%), eating behavior (64.91%) and way of life (55.90%).Conclusion:It is the effective method to reduce nursing risks and eliminate accidents that strengthen in patients with diabetes mellitus knowledge training, emphasis on patient dietary behavior and lifestyle intervention.
