摘要
在建立平面四杆机构位置关系方程的基础上,先使用手工计算进行求解,然后使用三维CAD软件Pro/E进行计算机辅助设计解出构件尺寸。通过两种求解方法的比较可以看出,使用三维CAD软件进行四杆机构的设计是一各简便有效的设计方法。此方法可以推广应用到所有杆件的设计过程中,并在教学和生产实践中取得了很好的发展。
This paper creates the related equation of position in the planar four-bar mechanism.It solves a problem by means of the manual calculation method and uses the 3D CAD software Pro/E to solve the component sizes.By comparing of the two methods,the 3D CAD software's design of four-bar mechanism is a simple and effective design method,which can apply to any design process,and has obtained perfect development in the teaching and production practices.
