摘要 目的 研究两种常见细菌形成生物膜的模型和检测方法.方法 采用平板方法培养生物膜,用显微镜及活茵计数法检测生物膜的形成.结果 用平板方法采培养大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的生物膜,通过结晶紫染色法及活茵计数法,证明载体上生物膜生长成熟.结论 采用平板方法培养生物膜,用结晶紫染色和菌落计数法检测,能有效衡量生物膜的形成.
