摘要
家庭是人类最小的生产单位,研究家庭之间的收入差距比研究个人之间的收入差距更有实际意义。人类发展史上,其收入形态不断演化,目前已经进入资产运营时代,家庭收入甚至个人收入归跟结底呈现为现金资产、实体资产、证券资产和信贷资产等资产之间的转换,以寻求总价值的最大化。人力资本尤其是教育型人力资本积累不管是作为家庭代际的收入改善结构性因子,还是作为个人不同生命周期的初始阶段对于改善其一生收入,缩小收入差距的核心因子,重要性不言而喻。显而易见,主观上重视教育型人力资本积累,客观上提供教育金融制度供给,是对于优化收入分配制度有效的政策建议。
Family is the smallest unit of economic producing in the society,so it is meaningful to research the income gap of families than to analyze the income gap of individual.As we are now entering the times of assets operating,the families' economic activities,which to maximum the profit of the families,can be define as assets operating——the conversion among Cash assets,physical assets,the securities assets,credit assets.And,there is no doubt that the human capital,especially the educational human capital,performs as an essential factor no matter in increasing the income flow of families or narrowing the income gap.Obviously,promoting human capital accumulation and construct the Financial Education system are the efficient strategies to optimize income distribution system.
