摘要
随着中国经济的发展和逐步转型,越来越多的中国企业通过跨国并购来开启国际化发展之路。但是,巨大文化差异会带来强烈的文化冲突,给中国企业的海外发展之路带来很大的挑战。并购后,中国企业一定要重视文化整合,对文化冲突进行合理、有序的整合,以提高企业跨国并购的成功率。文章通过介绍吉利收购沃尔沃之后由于文化差异而引发的整合摩擦,引出中国企业跨国并购面临文化冲突的原因及面对文化冲突应采用的一些整合措施。
With the development and transformation of Chinese economy,more and more Chinese enterprises want to open international market through transnational M&A.But the overseas development way of Chinese enterprises faces a lot of challenges because of strong cultural conflicts,which are caused by great cultural differences.In order to increase the success rate of Transnational M&A,Chinese enterprises have to pay attention to the culture integration and integrate the culture conflict reasonably and orderly.Through introducing some conflicts caused by the culture differences between Gigli and Volvo,the text draws out the reasons why Chinese enterprises face the cultural conflicts after transnational M&A and offers some integration measures.
