摘要
在经济全球化时代,在技术与市场日趋成熟、产品与服务日趋同质化下,各类企业为了提高其综合素质、加强市场竞争力,纷纷专注于其核心业务与核心技术。制造企业以非核心业务外包等方式与物流企业结成供应链伙伴关系,达到降低成本和提高效益的目的。物流企业在外包需求的刺激下,受与制造企业合作中获得技术支持与经验的带动,保证了供应链顺畅运作,实现了制造企业与物流企业联动发展的双赢。文章结合制造企业与物流企业联动产生的社会背景,探讨我国物流企业与制造企业现阶段联动发展存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。
In the era of economic globalization,the enterprises in order to enhance their overall quality and strengthen market competitiveness,they must focus on their core business and core technology.Manufacturing and logistics formed business partnership in the form of their non-core business outsourcing to ensure the smooth operation of their supply chains and reduce costs and improve efficiency by income,outsourcing demand stimulus,technical support and experience from manufacturing enterprises contributes to the development of logistics enterprises to improve the smooth operations of supply chains,the purpose of manufacturing and logistics enterprises times joint development of win-win.This paper uses the social background of manufacturing and logistics linkage development,discussing linkage problems in the development stage and purposing some corresponding measures.
