摘要
以某烟滤嘴厂甘油酯液位控制为研究对象,代替传统的继电器控制方式,采用触摸屏协同PLC为主体的控制结构。自动完成高、低位储槽加液的液位控制,实现了屏上一键操作;控制系统增加了超声波液位检测装置,屏上实时准确动态显示液位高度;故障信息屏显报警使得系统运行的可靠性得以增加。该系统运行稳定,性能良好,系统的先进性、可靠性得到了验证。
Taking glycerin's level control in a cigarette filter plant as the object of study,the PLC-assisted touch screen control structure was used to replace traditional relay control so as to automatically control liquid level of high/low storage tank through key operation.The ultrasonic level detector in the control system benefits dynamic level display at real time.The fault alarm on screen can increase system reliability.The application in practice proves reliability and stability and advanced nature of the system.
