摘要
提出一种基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术的水环境三参数在线监测系统。该系统以LabVIEW软件为平台,应用5B-6(C)型三参数测定仪、NI USB6008数据采集卡、信号调理电路、E-201-C型复合pH电极和TMP36温度传感器完成水体COD、总磷、氨氮及酸度等指标的实时在线监测,并采用LabVIEW平台下的LabSQL数据库访问工具包访问Access数据库,建立集实时数据存储、处理及历史查询等功能于一体的数据管理平台。通过甲基红模拟废水降解实验,对该系统性能进行了测试,得到了较为满意的结果。
A LabVIEW-based three-parameter online monitoring system for water environment was proposed,in which,having LabVIEW software taken as the platform,and having 5B-6(C) three-parameter analyzer,NI USB6008 data acquisition card,signal conditioning circuitry and E-201-C compound pH electrode and TMP36 temperature sensor applied to implement online monitoring of the COD,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,acidity and other indicators;and meanwhile,having LabSQL toolkit under LabVIEW platform employed to access the Access Database and to establish data management platform which boasting of real time data storage,processing and historical inquiry function.The experiment on methyl-red simulating wastewater degradation proves the good performance of this system.
