摘要
对高校管理干部队伍的职业属性历来存认识误区,由此产生种种不利影响。按照高等教育发展规律,更新观念,优化机制,促进高校管理干部队伍提高职业技能和职业素质,是解决多年来困扰我国高校管理"短板"的重要举措,也是实现我国高校发展战略转型不可或缺的重要环节。
There is some misunderstanding in the professional property of college management team,which has produced negative effects.Based on the principles of higher education,taking new concepts,improving the mechanism of administration,making employees have basic career skills,then promoting the professional quality of administration teams in universities and colleges,are important methods to solve the buckets effect in administration in higher education,which are also necessary methods to reform developing strategies of higher education.
