摘要
本试验通过无缝焊接技术,利用电弧作为热源,气体作为保护介质,将报废铣刀柄重新焊接加工成所需铣刀,同时分析了无缝焊接铣刀在线路板生产制造中的实际应用。试验结果表明,无缝焊接铣刀的长度公差在要求范围内,铣程达到正常铣刀平均铣程的89.20%,对成型生产效率影响较小,有利于节约成本。
This experiment took advantage of seamless bonding technology and reborn the scrapped endmill with electric arc as heat power and gas as protection.At the same time,we analyzed the actual application of the seamless bonding endmill in the PCB manufacturing.As it shown in this experiment,the tolerance of the seamless bonding endmill met requirement and milling journey is only 89.20% of normal one,which promoted the production of routing process and costless.
