摘要
分析有色金属冶炼系统SO_3生成机理及影响因素。参照类似的铜闪速炉熔炼烟气实测数值,推测基夫赛特炉炼铅烟气中的SO_3发生率,为优化设计和操作控制提供参考,以确保基夫赛特炼铅系统和后续硫酸装置长周期、安全、正常运行。
The mechanism of SO_3 generation in off-gas from nonferrous metallurgical process and influencing factors are analyzed.The SO_3 generation ratio in off-gas from КИВЦЭТ lead smelting furnace is inferred from the ac- tual values for off-gas from a similar copper flush furnace and used as reference for optimizing design and opera- tional control,to ensure long-term safe and smooth running of both КИВЦЭТ lead smelting system and down- stream sulphuric acid plant.
