摘要
目的探讨腔镜下缝扎技术处理无法施夹和电凝处理的困难腹腔镜胆囊切除术的方法和技巧。方法分析总结51例无法施夹和电凝处理的困难腹腔镜胆囊切术,术中运用缝扎技术处理的方法和技巧。结果本组84例困难腹腔镜胆囊切除术,51例顺利完成腔镜下缝扎处理胆囊管、血管以及出血、胆漏、和肠管损伤,其余33例因其他原因中转开腹。结论在困难腹腔镜胆囊切除术中合理应用缝扎技术,能降低中转率。
Objective Explore the methods and skills on endoscopic ligation technique for treatment of unable to clamp and electrocoagulation of difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods We analyse the methods and skills of suture-ligation technique in the 51 cases of difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results This group of 84cases of difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy,51 cases of complete endoscopic ligation treatment of cystic duct,vascular and bleeding,bile leakage,and bowel injury,the remaining 33cases undergo open cholecystectomy(OC) for other causes.Conclusion The reasonable application of suture techniques in difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce the OC rate. ####
