摘要
目的探讨和研究微侵袭手术方式的选择在高血压脑出血治疗中的价值。方法摘取我院近年来收治的74例高血压脑出血患者资料,分为观察组和对照组各37例,观察组采用显微镜下锁孔手术血肿清除术进行治疗;对照组则采用微创颅内血肿穿刺清除术进行治疗,统计并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果对于出血量在50mL以内的患者而言,两种治疗方法并无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);对于出血量在50mL以上的患者,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论此两种手术方式对于出血量<50mL的患者可以根据情况选择其中一种,但是出血量≥50mL的患者建议采用锁孔手术治疗。
Objective To explore and study of micro-invasive operation mode selection in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage value.Method for removal of treated in our hospital74cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,divided into the observation group and the control group with 37 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with the microscope keyhole operation of hematoma for treatment;the control group using minimally invasive intracranial hematoma debridement careful treatment,statistics and contrast in two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Result For the amount of bleeding with in 50mL patients,two treatment methods have no obvious difference,not statistically significant(P>0.05);the amount of bleeding in 50mL patients in observation group,the therapeutic effect is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion The two operation mode for the amount of bleeding <50mL patients can choose according to one of them,but the amount of bleeding is more than 50ml recommended for patients with keyhole operation for treatment.
