摘要
为了探讨色素万寿菊的遗传基础,对色素万寿菊3个杂交组合的株高、冠幅、单株花朵数、花径、一级分枝数、单花鲜重及叶黄素含量等7个主要农艺性状,进行了杂种优势及配合力的分析。结果表明:M*G3综合性状表现最优,叶黄素含量最高,杂种优势明显,M*G1次之;遗传力分析表明,M*G3性状的狭义遗传率均大于50%。在实际应用中宜进行早期选择。
In order to understand the genetic basis of pigment marigold,the paper studies 7 main characters of 3 combinations of marigold hybrids to analyze combining ability and the heterosls.The characters include plant height,crown diameter,flower number per plant,flower diameter,level 1 brauch number,single flowers fresh weight,lutein content.The results suggest that the M*G3 combination exhibits superior comprehensive characters in lutein content and heterosis.M*G1 comes second.Heritability analysis of M*G3 indicates that its heritability is above 50%.Because of its additive gene effects,early stage selection is advised.
