后肾腺瘤2例报告并文献复习

摘要 [目的]探讨后肾腺瘤的临床及病理特征.[方法]分析2例后肾腺瘤临床和病理资料,病理检查采用常规HE染色及免疫组化染色,随访患者并复习文献.[结果]2例术前均诊断为左肾癌,术后病理诊断为后肾腺瘤.2例肾腺瘤临床特征不典型.肿瘤境界清楚,由大小一致的肿瘤细胞排列成密集小腺泡样、小管状结构,局灶可见乳头状结构,细胞无明显异型.免疫表型显示CKAE1/AE3、Vimentin、CD57阳性,CK7、EMA、AMACR、CD10、CD56、CgA、Syn、S-100阴性.分别行左肾部分切除及左肾癌根治术.随访12个月及22个月,均无瘤生存.[结论]了解后肾腺瘤临床及病理特征有助于正确诊断及采取适当治疗措施.
