摘要
目的探讨基底动脉尖综合征的临床症状表现。方法选取该院神经内科收治的25例基底动脉尖综合征(Top of the basilar artery syndrome)患者,对其预后临床症状表现进行分析。结果基底动脉尖综合征有充足的临床表现特征和影像特征,易于临床诊断。结论基底动脉尖综合征治疗相对复杂,预后不理想。
Objective Top of basilar artery syndrome clinical analysis.Methods In our hospital in recent years neurological department of internal medicine treated 25 cases of basilar artery syndrome syndrome(Top of the basilar artery syndrome) were divided into 2 groups to observe the therapeutic effect of.Results Of top of the basilar artery syndrome syndrome with characteristic clinical manifestations and imaging feature,diagnosis is not a problem.Conclusion The basilar artery syndrome treatment is relatively complex,the prognosis is not good.
