摘要
目的对维持性"血液透析"病人"心血管并发症"发生的观察,寻找预防及处理透析过程中发生的各种心血管并发症,实现控制及处理并发症目的。方法对80例行HD的慢性肾衰病人,3160例次HD时发生的790次心血管并发症病人的治疗回顾分析。结果 HD时发生低血压359次,心律失常266次,高血压99次,心力衰竭66次。结论心血管并发症为维持性血液透析患者主要死亡因素之一。
Objective Occurred in 80 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients.'Cardiovascular complications' observation,find the the purpose of preventing and handling a variety of cardiovascular complications occurred during dialysis,to achieve the control and treatment complications.Methods Occurred in 80 patients with chronic renal failure of HD patients,3160 cases of HD 790 cardiovascular complications in the patient's treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results HD hypotension 359,266 arrhythmia,high blood pressure 99 times,66 of heart failure.Conclusion Cardiovascular complications are one of the main factors of death in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
