摘要
为了探讨转轮式热回收技术与直接蒸发冷却技术相结合应用的节能潜力,将转轮式热回收型间接-直接蒸发冷却空调机组应用于江苏某办公楼.计算了转轮式间接蒸发冷却回收冷量的效益,计算出夏季一天内从早上8点到下午19点共节能11.9kW,一个月节能143kW;同时也计算了冬季转轮式热交换器的热回收效率为67%,满足国家规定的排风热回收装置(全热和显热)的额定热回收效率60%.通过实验测试在室内回风温度为22℃时,得出转轮热回收器的热回收效率为66.9%,与理论计算保持一致,验证了理论计算的准确性.
In order to explore the energy-saving potential of the combined rotary heat recovery technology and direct evaporative cooling technology,the rotary heat recovery indirect-direct evaporative cooling air conditioning units are used in an office building,the benefits of recovery cold of rotary indirect evaporative cooling are calculated,the unit could saves 11.9kW every day from 8∶00 to 19∶00 in summer,month energy saving is 143kW.The heat recovery efficiency of a rotary-heat exchanger is 67% in winter,meet the regulations of the state exhaust heat recovery device(the heat and sensible heat) rated heat recovery efficiency 60%;Through experimental tests in the indoor air temperature of 22℃,the heat recovery efficiency of the rotary heat recovery is 66.9%,consistent with the theoretical calculations and verify the calculation accuracy.
