摘要
通过研究可以归纳其研究特点,分析其成绩及不足,比较词源研究对跨文化交流将起重要作用,希望其有广阔的发展前景。
It has been thirty years since the establishment of comparative etymology(CE),so it is necessary to draw a conclusion about it.The paper analyzes the characteristics and deficiencies of the study in the period.Also it points out that the research on the CE is significant in the cross-cultural communication and hope there is a bright future for the subject.
