摘要
新建聊城火车站无站台柱雨棚采用张弦桁架预应力钢结构体系,沿站台方向设置28榀钢桁架,每榀桁架跨度65.45 m,桁架两端简支于钢管混凝土格构柱顶。大跨度张弦桁架结构体系的分析计算及支座、锚固节点的设计是难点。通过聊城站张弦桁架钢结构雨棚的设计,详细介绍张弦桁架钢结构的结构选型,材料选择,计算分析以及在结构计算中的荷载工况及荷载组合,简要说明支座节点设计及桁架张拉施工控制措施,为今后类似预应力钢结构工程设计提供参考。
Canopy without column on platform of new Liaocheng Railway Station adopts pre-stressed steel truss string structure system.In this system,28 steel trusses are installed along platform,and each span of truss is 65.45m.Two ends of each truss are supported by concrete-filled steel tube lattice columns.Not only calculation analysis of large span truss string structure system is difficult,but also design of the bearing and anchoring joint is a problem.This paper,based on the design for steel truss string structure canopy at Liaocheng Railway Station,introduces steel truss string structure from several aspects of structure type selection,material selection,calculation and analysis which includes different load case and different load combination.This paper also briefly describes the bearing join design and the construction controlling measures in the process of truss structure stretching so as to provide a reference for the similar steel structure project in future.
