一种移动式太阳能交通标志车设计

摘要 为改变传统公路交通标志需要市电供电、不能移动、标志单一的缺点,设计了一款新一代公路安全交通设施——移动式太阳能交通标志车.其主要由蓄电池、传动部分、控制部分、显示部分和车体组成.设计结构简单合理,采用太阳能和蓄电池双向供电,警示距离远,独立工作时间长,研发的警示图标显示系统能够显示符合国家标准的各种图标,使用时可以随时更换,并且设计了一套太阳能板自动追光系统,可以使太阳能的利用率得到提高,达到节能、减排、高能、高效的目的.特别适合在无电源的高速公路、非固定的施工(维护)现场及弯道、山道等高危险地段,而且在应急状态下能够发挥其便于移动的特点. It is noted that traditional traffic signs have numerous shortcomings including continuous dependence city power supply,immobility and the singleness of marks.To promote this situation,the present author designed a new traffic sign-Mobile traffic sign car with solar as its energy.This machine has reasonable design and simple structure which contains storage battery,transmission section,control section,display section and the body.The dual power-supply mode that consists of solar energy and storage battery could endure the sign work in a long-time independently and provide a far distance warning.The newly devised warning screen could display all kinds of warning signs that meet the national standards whenever it is required.Furthermore,a set of solar-panel which can track sunlight automatically make sure improve the utilization of solar energy and achieve the goal of energy saving,emission reducing and power-efficient using.The characters mentioned above make the equipment especially suitable for use on the electricity-lacking highways,mobile construction or maintenance fields and dangerous sites like hill road and curved lanes where it could take well advantage of its mobility in urgent situations.
