摘要
为了矿山开采过程中采取可靠的安全对策措施及提高安全管理水平,在综合分析由人、机、环境和管理等因素所组成的矿山作业场所的安全状况之间的模糊性、矿山开采过程中所存在的危险危害因素的基础之上,利用层次分析法、模糊变换原理及最大隶属度原则,建立模糊综合评价模型对阜新矿山开采作业场所的安全性进行评价,确定出阜新五龙矿开采作业场所的具体安全状况等级为安全的.该研究结果,为其他矿山开采作业场所安全性研究提供了理论和实践的指导依据.
In order to take reliable safety countermeasures and improve the safety management level during mining operation,based on the comprehensive analysis of hazard factors and the ambiguity of safety situation in a mining workplace that is consists of human,machine,environment and management factors,this study has developed a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model using the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy transformation theory and the principle of maximum degree,to evaluate the safety of mining workplaces in Fuxin.In the case study of assessing the mining workplaces at Wulong coal mine in Fuxin,the safety situation was rated as safe.The study results also provide a theoretical and practical basis for evaluating safety in other mining workplaces.
