摘要
在分析直流锅炉给水流量测量偏差的基础上,提出了给水流量独立采样,采用承压40MPa以上针型阀组成的正压侧二次阀、负压侧二次阀、平衡阀取代三阀组,并采用螺纹加垫片的连接方式将其与变送器正、负压侧连接,增加取样管路伴热带等措施。同时,应保证取样装置的合理布置、取样管路无泄漏、变送器量程与DCS I/O通道量程一致、DCS数据传输通道无异常,以确保给水流量测量的准确性。实施后,3个测点的给水流量偏差小于50t/h,实现了机组给水系统的可靠控制。
Based on analysis of feed water flow measurement deviation in once-through boiler,measurements were taken as follows:adopting independent sampling of feed water flow;using positive pressure side second valve,negative pressure side second valve and balance valve that composed of needle type valve set which can bear pressure more than 40 MPa to replace three valve groups,and to connect to junction of positive pressure side and negative pressure side by screw adding gasket;increasing heat tapes of pipeline.Meanwhile,to measure the feed water flow accurately,it should be ensured that,the sampling devices are arranged reasonably,the sampling pipeline has no leakage,and measurement range of the transmitter is consistent with that of the I/O channel in DCS,furthermore,the DCS data transmission channel is normal.After the treatment,feed water flow deviation values measured at three points were less than 50t/h.
