摘要
根据锅炉蒸汽温度的动态特性及其控制方式的特点,将1种导前微分控制系统按内模原理的方法进行设计和调整,并对其稳定性进行了分析。在某300MW机组上进行的控制效果验证表明,机组负荷在276~214 MW之间变化时,主蒸汽压力偏差小于±0.3MPa;在机组负荷变化量较小时,主蒸汽温度变化幅度为2~-2℃;在机组负荷变化幅度较大时,主蒸汽温度变化幅度为3~-4℃。
Considering the dynamic characteristics and the control mode of the boiler steam temperature,an internal model theory based guidance differencial main steam temperature control system was designed and adjusted,and its stability was analyzed.The control effect verification on a 300 MW unit indicates that,the deviation of the main steam pressure is within-0.3~0.3 MPa when the unit load varies from 276 W to 214 W.The main steam temperature variation ranges from-2 ℃ to 2 ℃ at small unit load variation and from-4 ℃ to 3 ℃ at larger load variation.
