摘要
基于数据包络模型(DEA)平台,运用Malmquist指数法,对2000—2010年重庆市11个主要制造业的全要素生产率、技术效率、技术进步等指数进行计算,结果表明:技术进步是各产业制造业全要素增长率增长提升的根本推动力,而医药、化学化工等若干制造业的技术效率阻碍了各行业生产效率的提高.目前,重庆制造业还普遍存在投资结构失衡、投资规模增长过快、企业规模偏小、竞争过于激烈等问题,这些问题影响了重庆制造业技术及生产水平的提高,为促进重庆经济可持续发展,应加强注意产业整合和产业集聚,在控制投资过快增长的同时加大科研经费的投入,以生产效率的提高带动重庆制造业乃至整个社会经济的发展.
Based on the data envelopment analysis(DEA) platform,with the Malmquist index method,the total factor productivity,technical efficiency and technical progress index of Chongqing's 11 major manufacturing industries during the years from 2000 to 2010 have been calculated.The results show that the technological progress in the industry manufacturing TFP growth enhances the fundamental driving force source,and the pharmaceutical,chemical,and that other several manufacturing technical efficiency has hindered the industry production efficiency.In Chongqing's manufacturing industries,there exist some problems such as investment in structural imbalances,excessive investment growth,small-scale enterprises,over-competition and so on,which affect the Chongqing technical efficiency of manufacturing as well as the level of manufacturing productivity.In order to promote sustainable economic development in Chongqing,we should strengthen the concern of industry consolidation and agglomeration,control the excessive growth of investment,improve production efficiency and investment in technology and research funding,and promote Chongqing manufacturing industry and the whole social economy developments.
