摘要
酒店管理专业的毕业生留在酒店行业工作的很少,这和社会观念、工资待遇等多方面有关,但更重要的是职业意识的培养不够,不热爱一个行业就很难在一个行业发展下去。学生职业意识的培养和巩固需要多方面共同努力,需要学校、家长、学生、实习酒店的共同配合,从过程上来讲分为在校学习阶段的培养和酒店实习阶段的培养和巩固。
