摘要
目前,美国在东亚安全中发挥了一种主导性作用。美国凭借自身超强的综合国力,东亚各国的互不信任而缺乏建立安全机制的条件以及美国在东亚的军事存在而掌握了东亚安全的主导权。美国在东亚安全的主导权,其实质就是防范与遏制挑战美国霸权的地区性强国的崛起和美国所谓的"邪恶轴心国",以更好地服务于其全球战略,使21世纪继续成为"美国的世纪",实现美国治下的和平。
At present, America plays a leading role in the security of East Asia.America has held the magistral power by its own strong power,the absence of the condition of security regimes because of nonconfidence one another in the countries of East Asia and martial existence in East Asia. The essential of America's magistral power in the security of East Asia is that America is preventing and holding back regional powerful countries and the evil axes countries called by America which challenge American hegemony, in order to serve its global strategy,make the 21th Century become America's Century and achieve Pax America.
