摘要
新教师培训是高校师资队伍建设的重要组成部分,对于协助新教师尽快完成角色转变,站稳讲台有重要意义。本文从培训需求分析、培训设计、培训实施、培训转化、培训评估等方面出发,对新教师培训体系进行设计。
The new teacher training is the important component of college teachers team construction,has important significance to assist the new teachers to complete the role change as soon as possible,take a firm platform.This article starts from the training needs analysis,training design,implementation of training,training transformation,training evaluation to design the new teachers training system.
