摘要
高校学生档案作为大学生在学校阶段学习生活的真实写照,它在监督学生诚信、学校教学、毕业生就业等方面都有着很重要的管理功能,学校应充分利用好它,让它充分发挥应有的作用。本文从高校学生档案管理中的诚信问题入手,对高校学生档案在学生诚信中的作用进行论述,重点对如何在高校学生档案管理工作中渗透诚信教育进行一番探讨和分析,提出了一些建议,一方面希望能够在高校学生档案管理中更好地渗透诚信教育,另一方面希望以此为基础,能够对加强大学生诚信档案管理工作,为高校今后发展提供参考。
As the true portrayal of college students’ learning life in school,archives of college students has very important functions of management in the supervision of students,school teaching,graduate employment,the school should make good use of it,to make it fully play its role.This article starts from the integrity problems of college students,to discuss the role of archives,focuses on how to discuss and analyze the infiltration of integrity education in the work of college students archives management,some suggestions are put forward,on the one hand better infiltration of integrity education in the college students archives management,on the other hand,hopes to strengthen college students' archives management work in colleges and universities,to provide reference for future development.
