摘要
在国际侦查合作的发展进程中,世界各国在大量实践的基础上形成了较为系统的规则,并最终上升为各类效力不同的规范性法律文件,为国际侦查合作的顺利开展和健康发展奠定了坚实的法律基础。从国际法和国内法两大范畴对国际侦查合作的法律依据进行梳理、分类和整合,归纳出全球范围的国际侦查合作法律依据的三大特点及发展趋势。
In the development of international criminal investigation co-operation,systematic rules and various legal documents were formed on the basis of plenty of practices and hence established a legal basis for the smooth development of international criminal investigation co-operation.After the classification and integration of the legal basis for international criminal investigation co-operation in terms of international and domestic laws,three characteristics and developing trends of the legal basis for international criminal investigation co-operation are concluded from the global perspective.
